Is there a consistently reliable way to block Ads in Windows Spotify app?

I'm struggling to find a consistently reliable way to block ads in the Windows Spotify app, and I'm wondering whether I'm 'doing it wrong' or this just expected.

Currently using Windows 10 Pro 20H2 19042.928, AGW 7.6, and Spotify app 1.1.57.443.ga029a6c4 (Microsoft Store version)
In AGW under Network Settings I do have 'Enable Traffic Filtering' and 'Use WFP network driver' enabled.

I've tried manually adding Spotify via 'add application' but every time the app is updated, there is a new folder path, and so the 'app blocking' doesn't work:

I've also tried manually browsing to the executable, but same issue each time a new version of the app is released.

Is there a 'right' way to block Spotify so I don't have to re-black after every update?
