Issues with AG password setted on parentale control mode...

Yesterday I ve setted the password on parental control option for protect the settings ..today I can t enter on the AG app for Windows because the I m unable to insert the full password .....how Is this possible ? ( The password that i m trying to insert Is the right One I m sute of It... ) What I can do now to resolved that ? Disinstall the app and reinstalling It ?
