Hey oldgreg, I saw your exported settings and tried them... Still no luck. Really appreciate your suggestion though.

I've completely removed Adguard, including manually removing kext and other gubbings that were left lying around (through a deep disk search) so that there was literally no trace of Adguard. Rebooted and then re-installed. Exactly the same issue.

I'm getting so frustrated now that I'm leaning towards just using host blocks in Little Snitch rules, and ditching Adguard to save money.

Hi folks, I also have the DNS issue, I'm unable to access domain names when I start my Mac and Adguard. If I stop Adguard and restart it later, resolving domain names works again. I have no problem accessing IP addresses directly, only domain names. I don't know if the problem comes from Adguard or not. Maybe it's just a coincidence, and it's just a matter of waiting for a few minutes while background processes are done loading? I don't know how to investigate this DNS issue. I'd like to make sure Adguard has nothing to do with this problem... Thank you.

I’ve just installed AdGuard for Mac, running Monterey and already have had to wipe everything, reinstall Monterey and restore drôle Time Machine because of kernel panics.
This seems to be a known issue, but I have yet to come across any solution.
Also AdGuard is too difficult to uninstall.
I had high hopes for the app, but am now really disappointed (especially because I purchased a lifetime subscription!).
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

C'mon Adguard get this fixed - I've been with adblocking for months now. I've provided you logs, process dumps and all manner of supporting info, but still no resolution!

Just upgraded to the latest version and still I'm having this issue. I've supplied what must be a dozen sets of logs and process samples and Adguard are STILL unable to fix this. 5 months without getting the product I'm paying for.
