Hello

Since today i've experiencing massive slowdown of my internet when then AdGuard 6.2 "Protection" module is active. (called "Schutz" in german. It's the largest of the boxes in the windows 10 suit). When active, i need more than a minute to load a site. I've tryied dissabling all fillters and what not, nothing helps but to dissable "Schutz".

Any ideas? Did an update drop overnight? Yesterday i had no issues and all my windows and driver updates are force blocked from automaticlly mssing my stuff up.

There's one thing that can be checked immediately - try updating to the latest beta version of AdGuard (settings - update channel - set to beta - go to "about" section).

We've got a few more similar complaints and in those cases, the problem seemed to be caused by Kaspersky update.

I'd appreciate if you contact Kaspersky support and let them know that their latest update is causing compatibility issues.
Meanwhile, the beta version seems to be helping users affected by this issue.

I do not have Kaspersky. I also experienced EXTREME slow down of my internet after the Windows 10 Update. It appears to be a combination of the Windows 10 Update and Adguard. I have disabled Adguard in order to function.

According to the complaints we're receiving, this seems to be connected to Kaspersky alone, the win update is likely to be a coincidence.

Please try updating to AdGuard's beta version (settings - update channel - set to beta - go to "about" section) and let me know if it helps.

Yikes! Do you use another antivirus or just the built-in Windows Defender?

I'm going to test this in a Windows 10 virtual machine (that has the latest updates) in a few minutes.

EDIT: Can't reproduce it. :(

Today, the Internet is starting to slow down very slowly. It takes a long time to open a page.

If you stop protecting, you return to the original speed. However, protection significantly slows down.

I'm using Windows 10 pro version.
The version is 1803.
The vaccine uses Kaspersky.

However, the speed seems to vary depending on the use of program protection. Unprotection of the ADguard program returns to its original speed.

Here's an additional issue -
1. I'm using Adguard 6.3 Beta
2. Using Windows Defender + Malwarebytes Premium
3. Windows Build 17134

1. I walked away from my laptop for a few hours. When I came back I received my Lock Screen.
2. I tried to login and waited about 5 minutes where nothing happened. It never unlocked. I just got the "processing circle"
3. I shut down my PC and restarted it.
4. I tried to go to Control Panel from the Cortana.
4.a. I could typed in Control Pa - and Control Panel came up, but I was unable to click and open it
4b. I could open anything else on my desktop.
4c. When I tried to Log out, the Cortana Screen appeared with my choices for "Control P" - and this overlapped my Windows Start selection. When I tried to Log Off, I could not get to that because the Cortana overlapped it.
5. I was able to exit out of Adguard and shut it down - everything worked as expected. Was able to get to Control Panel, etc. Was able to use Cortana
6. I shut down and rebooted and got the same results as 4 a-c.
7. I disabled Adguard from Startup and shut down and started my laptop
8. Everything worked as expected with no problems.

9. Adguard was NOT started up as I had disabled it from starting up

10. Once my laptop was started and functioning as expected, I opened up Adguard. I went back and tested Cortana and had no problems.

It appears that there is a conflict between Adguard and Windows startup. Again, all these problems started AFTER the Windows update from this morning.

AG 6.3 Beta Issue: You can't disable it. When i don't want AG to block on a site, i click the icon in the browser and hit the slider. Now it activates itself after 3 seconds for the website i don't want to fillter. Genius.

Information one should have:
1. Unistall AdGuard and "clean" up (CClean or whatever)
2. restard PC
3. Get the above linked Beta version
4. Dissable Antivirus, or you won't ever be able to open AdGuard Beta after installation! It will just display the classic _ [] X window options (minimize, fullscreen, close).
5. Install
6. Re-Activate Antivirus

As you can see with the informations of my system below, the sudden issues with AdGuard don't come from a new version of kaspersky or windows. MAYBE, kasperskys fillter list was updated, but that shouldn't cause such issues. Additional to the slowdowns i had a new problem with the previous AdGuard version: After coming back from work and wanting to open the AG App, it only opend the above mentioned navigation options of the window, and made it unacessible. Now with beta installed, it works fine.

My system infos:
Windows 10 Pro, version 1607, build 14393.2007
All Hardwaredrivers are most current version avaible on 17.04.2018, GPU drivers are up to date.
Kaspersky Internet Security, version 18.0.0.405(h)

On what particular website? I can't reproduce this issue.
