For a proper navigation in this forum section, we introduce certain rules.

    1. Please, create a new thread for each new issue.
    2. Title of the thread should contain website’s address, where a problem was detected, and preferably a short description - OS(Win, MacOS, iOS, Android) and type of problem (up to 70 characters).
    For example:
    site.com - issue type[Windows]
    The App - issue type[Android]

If website (or app, or anything) you are mentioning is not safe for work, be sure to add [NSFW] tag to the end of thread title.
    3. The message should contain:
    - a screenshot of an unblocked ad or detailed description of where this ad is placed;
    - direct link to the website(or download link for an application);
    - list of selected filters (including user filter).
    4. Specify what product are you using (Is it Adguard for Windows, MacOS, iOS or a browser extension? If so, for which browser?)
How to take a screenshot: a. Take a screenshot with Jing and automatically upload it to image hosting. With the help of Jing, you can also highlight the “areas of concern”.
    b. http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/
When the problem is solved, moderator or administrator will add prefix “[resolved]” to the thread.
Within 1-3 hours after that, the rules will be available for updates.
It is recommended to add the information about version of AdGuard(program/browser extension), used filters and browser to signature.
    FAQ for Android

    1. How to collect a log?
    1. In the Adguard application go to the Settings->Advanced>Logging level
and select requested(usually we need "Record HTTP requests") mode:
    • Default
    • Record HTTP requests
    • Record everything
    • Errors only
    Screenshots:
    2. Send the log (two ways)
    a. to our Support from Adguard application
    [IMG]
The ticket number should be placed in the topic.
    b. or you can manually upload the log file from one of the pathes depending of device:
    Code:
    /storage/emulated/Android/data/com.adguard.android/cache/log
    /sdcard/Android/com.adguard.android/cache/log or
    /sdcard/data/Android/com.adguard.android/cache/log or
    /sdcard/Android/data/com.adguard.android/
    2. How to capture traffic of the site or the application?
    1. Download and install Fiddler
    http://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler
    2. Configure Fiddler:
    • Enable HTTPS decryption
      [IMG]
    • Allow remote connections to Fiddler
    [IMG]
    3. Find your local IP address(of PC with Fiddler)

    or
    http://www.iphone-to-ipad.com/blog/find-ip-address-windows-7.html
    4. Disable caching
    [IMG]
Now you can work with traffic of the local machine (browsers, some applications)
    5. Configure proxy:
For remote devices only(for example, smartphone). Skip it, if you work with the local machine.
    • Adguard settings
    Go to the advanced settings
    Tap Proxy settings
Enter your ip information - local IP address of PC with Fiddler and port like in Fiddler settings(3128)
    Tap OK and restart protection.
    • iOS
    WiFi settings:
    then open in browser:
    http://fiddler_ip:port/
    and download Fiddler root certificate
    [IMG]
Open the FiddlerRoot.cer file, trust it and install
    [IMG]

    Detailed description:
    http://docs.telerik.com/fiddler/Configure-Fiddler/Tasks/ConfigureForiOS

    6. Done. Now you can see requests from your smartphone in Fiddler.

*. If it is required, you can save requests and place on in the topic
    File->Save->All sessions
The resulting file has *.saz extension. It should be uploaded to the topic.
