Need advice on enabling or disabling these options in Kaspersky Internet Security together with Adguard for Windows

I keep these options enabled in Kaspersky Internet Security as shown in the screenshot below:
And I guess keeping those options above as enabled would not have any conflict with keeping these options below in Adguard for Windows, enabled, is that true?

I asked this from a friend, and he said:

"I honestly don’t know what happens when multiple pieces of software try deciphering HTTPS traffic. I guess one goes first, does its filtering, re-encrypts it using their own cert, and the other goes after. Pretty inefficient (two decipher->filter->cipher passes) but should work. If it doesn’t, you’ll see it fast enough.

BTW the problem is not the options in KIS, but rather than two software are filtering HTTPS at all. (i.e. the first checkbox in your second screenshot, and second not shown in KIS).

Anyway, either it works, or you would see HTTPS alerts in your browser."

I thought to know others ideas on this please. Is this ok to enable these together? Thanks.

I need an advise on this too. Why was this not answered?

There is a conflict. Adguard works perfectly with Kaspersky turned off (paused) or the program completely exited.

Otherwise it seems like Kaspersky's settings "win" over AdGuard's when the coflict occurs.

And it will occur not everywhere but on certain websites. This is an indication that Kaspersky bypasses AdGuard's HTTP and / or DNS settings as if it's not there and forces the computer and all its programs to connect wtih Windows' system default DNS (regardless of AdGuard's settings). But when I disable Kaspersky and let Microsoft Defender takeover as antivirus, then this problem doesn't exist and AdGuard works perfectly.
