New tab page corrupt

Hi,
When running AdGuard in Edge, I'm not getting a corrupted new tab page. It only works if I completely disable Adguard on my Mac. This only started happening over the last 2 weeks.

If you are talking about AdGuard for Mac, please switch update channel to nightly and update.

Can you please let me know how do I do that? I can't find where I can change the Update Channel on my Mac
