Hi, as an installed AdGuard Root CA is essential for seamless HTTPS filtering it was great if the installer (or the software, once HTTPS filtering gets enabled) offered to install/import that Root CA to the local key store.
Many users wouldn't know how to do such (yes, Google is ones friend. But it was easier it just 'got done', wasn't it?).

It is imported automatically on Adguard protection startup.

What for Firefox issue, detailed description of the issue is in my previous post:
http://forum.adguard.com/showthread.php?3174-HTTPS-cert-issues-and-Firefox-blocking-of-some-sites&p=37212&viewfull=1#post37212

Also sometimes (particularly in your case) it is not enough.

What I suggest:
1. Auto-detect the situation
2. Warn user about possible issue and offer to import cert automatically

Automatic import does:
1. Kills Firefox
2. Imports cert
3. Runs Firefox again

Pretty good idea,
though it may not work for Browsers using the/a proxy (i.e. on mobiles devices or different machines).
So additionally a link to a KB article which showed a HowTo for the most common environments might be a huge help.

Yep, a link to manual instruction is mandatory.
