Private DNS - Android

I ask for a reasonable answer, if I enter my DNS here, despite open port 853, why don't I have internet then? can anyone help me, what do i have to keep in mind that it works? AdGuard Home.
Adguard Home works perfectly via apps etc, with it's only about Android private DNS, why the transfer doesn't want to go through there. I've been looking for a reasonable solution for ages. Thanks

sudo certbot --force-renewal --preferred-chain="ISRG Root X1" renew

and restart it works fine now. Thank you.

You might need to choose a different "Listen interface" for the DNS server if you're running Ubuntu.
