Problems loading page on owncloud

Hello,

I recently noticed that while using adblock the files page on my owncloud installation is not loading anymore. I see a continuous spinning wheel on the area of the page where the list of the files should be displayed.

The problem exists only on adguard for Mac (latest stable and latest beta), on Windows everything is fine. When I shutdown adguard the page loads again as it should. Just disabling adguard on that page doesn't help.

Anyone noticed the same and has an idea?

We use owncloud as our private file storage, but we've never experienced anything like that.

Let's start with usual questions:
1. Which filters do you use?
2. Which browser?

1. I'm using the English filter, spyware filter, german filter and the adblock warning removal list.
2. I get this problem on Safari 9.1.1, Vivaldi 1.2.470.11 and Chrome 50.0.2661.94. All on OS X El Capitan

But I doubt that it's a filter problem because when I deactivate ad blocking the problem is still there. I have to completely shut down adguard.

We will need debug logs then. Please go to 'Settings' and change logging level to 'debug'. Then reproduce the problem and send us a message to support from the app. Indicate the approximate time the problem was reproduced in the message body. Then post ticket ID here so we could find it.

By the way, have you installed any plugins to owncloud, perhaps any that communicate with server by UDP?
Also, how do you access it, do you, by any chance, use VPN?

Besides the picture gallery (which I think is installed by default) I have no other plugins installed. So there shouldn't be any UDP communication done.
I access it by normal internet connection, nothing special on that. Also no VPN connection is used to access the server.
If it helps, I access the server only through https as it is configurated to only allow https.

It didn't fix my problem, but the test build brought me a step further.

- With the new build at first nothing changed.
- While owncloud still tries to load the files page I turn of the switch "your computer is protected" in the app
- the files list in owncloud pops up immediatly
- I turn on the switch "your computer is protected" again and can browse through my files for a few clicks
- after some clicks it starts to hang again

If you need to do a vnc session feel free to contact me to set it up.

Reporting the same problem here. I use Adblock on OSX 10.11.5 (El Capitan).

I have tried everything from adding my owncloud server to the exception list, disabling all filters, turning off the adblocker module, turning off the privacy protection module, turning off browser security, etc...

Its not until I turn off Adguard protection completely, then my owncloud file list shows up. Until then I see only the spinner indicating that its loading...
