Purchased a premium key, but it will not activate

    I purchased a premium key, but it will not activate. I have uninstalled it and reset the phone and reinstalled the application and it still will not activate. When I paste the code into the application it tells me cannot activate premium, please check if you have entered it correctly.

    Could you please send a message to support from the app and then post here the ticket ID.
    In this case i'll be able to see your log file and check what's wrong

    I see that something is wrong with communication with our backend server.
    Maybe it is blocked or something like this.

    Do you use wi-fi or 3G connection?
    Could you please check if mobile.adtidy.org is available from your place?

    The site is accessible. I have a 4G LTE connection.

    Could you please use a wi-fi connection instead of 4G to activate the license?

    Success over wifi, any ideas why it didn't work on 4G?

    The error message is probably the reason why - your phone/network seems to require 4G mobile hotspot for some reason.

    I think that the browser works because you somehow authorize in your mobile network (and this authorization is stored in your browser).
    But the app does not know about this and does not send authorization header along with request to the server.
