Questions about Facebook games and exceptions.

Hello,
I have some questions about Facebook games and a few general beginner questions.

1) iframe and other content:
Facebooks Apps have always the URL https://apps.facebook.com/APPNAME
Apart from a few Facebook site elements, like the blue Facebook toolbar at the top and Facebook advertisement, the app pages have a big iFrame with an URL like https://12345.example.com.
is @@||Facebook.com/APPNAME/* enough, or must I write an exception for the iFrame too?

I use a script (browser Extension) for this game. This script show buttons within the game. The button have Pictures like 123.abc.gif and JavaScript like 123.abc.js, must I exclude 123.abc too? (It's in a div, no iFrame)
---------
2) I am not completly sure about the following:
@@||*.example.com @@||example.com @@||*.example.com/* @@https://*.example.com do this 4 rules the same?
3) Must I add a $document, or one of the others $, to any exception rules? What happens if I don't do this?

It's better to add exception for both app page and iframe.

No if you use $document modifier for your exception rules

2) I am not completly sure about the following:
@@||*.example.com @@||example.com @@||*.example.com/* @@https://*.example.com do this 4 rules the same?
1) @@||*.example.com won't unblock http://example.com or https://example.com
2) @@||example.com will unblock everything
3) @@||*.example.com/* is the same as 1
4) @@https://*.example.com will unblock only https://example.com, not http://example.com

3) Must I add a $document, or one of the others $, to any exception rules? What happens if I don't do this?
It's better to add it. $document modifier unblocks the page and all objects which are loaded to this page.
But in case of iframe the situation is tricky. Iframe will be loaded to the page but Adguard can block the objects which are loaded inside the iframe (unless you add $document rule for iframe url).
