reason googleadservices.com not being blocked by default

any reason why this google-analytics and googleadservice.com being in whitelist by default in spyware filter ? seems to be one of the reason most of website tracking.

Code:
The request was sent from the following web page:
http://www.batoto.net/read/_/268312/shokugeki-no-soma_ch83_by_casanova/5

The following rule exception was activated:
@@||googleadservices.com

Bytes received: 263
Bytes sent: 385
I was using

English filter
Spyware Filter
social Media Filter
and ABP indo

i am searching of that filter and can't find them, i found

||googleadservices.com^$third-party

that rules actually blocked it. but why the log said it was exception?

the same happens with google-analytics but i can't find it in the log.

the spyware filter has 2 items
||google-analytics.com/ga.js$third-party
@@google-analytics.com/ga.js

which the first one blocked it when it is in third-party site
but the second one usually made it exception in thirdparty site or not

which one is usually activated?

googleadservices.com shouldn't be blocked for Google domains.

Google-analytics is our mistake. It should have been unblocked for one domain only.
Thank you very much, it was really serious mistake!
