Remove o Hide Icon Key on status bar

Hi, How I can hide the key icon on status bar? In a post I read that you cant because it is controlled by Android, but surely there's a way. It is very annoying key icon.

I want to buy this app, but I'm not sure with this icon.

The only way I know of is to get your phone rooted and use proxy mode. No 'unfair' way to disable it.

I'd like to note that this issue exists in Samsung and Xiaomi devices only.
This notification was removed from original Android since v5.0.

Also I really think you should write about it to Samsung. There're lots of users annoyed by this notification, more complaints greater chance Samsung will remove it.
