Hi. Since this morning, Adguard Pro for iOS doesn't work anymore.
I tried anything (Uninstalling, rebooting...). After 1 hour of testing and looking for solutions : it's the same for my wife.
It looks like it works in apps, but not in Safari websites (and yes, options are ok).
Am I alone ?
Thanks for your support.

@Aureyl
Hello there!
Did you try to ON AdGuard PRO content blocker in iOS settings?
Settings > Safari > Content blockers.

If it is on, but the filtering is still not being performed. Then specify, after what actions do you have the protection stopped working?
Maybe you have installed some software or updated your operating system?

Hello! Yes I tried an ON/OFF in iOS settings....
It's ON.
The only thing I did was to change DNS in WIFI settings for Google ones. Then I came back on "Automatically". It was on my iPhone only.
What is very very strange, is other devices in my family have the same issue right now. Yesterday evening, everything was right!
Maybe you have dns serves issues ? (I tried all DNS options in AdGuard settings).

There are no problems on our side.
Open the AdGuard application on MAC and export logs and system info (advanced).

If not on your side, I can't understand why all my devices have same issue at the same time ? I did nothing on my routeur and have same thing connected on cellular network....

Safari Extension alone doesn't work too.
Just tried an other block ad extension, it works.

The point is that all the filtering takes place locally on your devices. So the problem is most likely on your side.

Then let’s do the following:
- Open a browser on your MAC and click on the locks as shown in the screenshot.
- Make sure you have our AdGuard CA certificate on your site.
- If there's another certificate. Then clarify whether you are using third-party VPN antivirus or browser extensions.

Safari:
- Open developer tools.
- Send screenshots of Source and Network tabs.

Hi. Thanks for your support, it's very kind.
Yesterday I did a new install of my Mac and it seems working now... What I can't understand is why I had same issues on other devices. All is good for now.
Thanks Chinaski!
A very last question: May I change my Mac DNS for something like Cloudflare or will this stop Adguard to run properly ?

I don't think you're going to find any problems with the filtering using DNS.

Hi. In the last version, in DNS Protection mode Mode, is it normal ads are only blocked using adguard dns ? If I choose Google DNS by exemple (in app options), all ads are back in apps. Still working in Safari... Thanks
