[Resolved] *.amplitude.com blocked

Hi,

I'm a customer of amplitude (i.e. a publicly listed legitimate company) and cannot manage to even hit their marketing page amplitude.com

Neither can I log into my dashboard hosted under analytics.amplitude.com

I'm sure there might be other *.amplitude.com links that might be used by amplitude to render their pages.

Could someone look into this please?

Which product? Opens fine here on AdGuard for Android.

Edit: Seems to be DNS. Opened fix:

It's the DNS indeed. Issue can be replicated with both IPs

94.140.15.15

Does it take time to replicate across your infra? Or do you have to do anything to speed that up?

Just tried again and login shows up. Try flushing local DNS cache.

Flushed on both router, which is configured as dns for all network devices, and several machines. amplitude is still tied to 0.0.0.0

Only analytics.amplitude.com got whitelisted due to login, not other ones.

Sadly the amplitude product still does not work.

The analytics.amplitude.com loads but a product is more than a simple url. Post login I get a blank page.

I can see that at least to domains need to be unblocked for the login to work (api.amplitude.com and static.amplitude.com)

possibly more will be needed for the service to work flawlessly

Could we simply get *.amplitude.com whitelisted?
