Random ads at the top and right side

When removing the complete script line starting with "!function(t,n,e){function r(t,n)" it doesn't show them.

Fixed in German filter. This anti-adblock script was changed. Maybe they know about us

EDIT: Please disable AdGuard DNS and try again.

yeah, disabling AdGuard DNS helps in here (how come?)! but disabling means losing system wide ad blocking as well:-(

I opened a pull request as the domain blocked there responsible for the ad reinject is mainly used only for the adblock detection.
