Can't reproduce, all Bing ads are blocked here. What filter lists are you using?

Not reproduced with Australian IP. Also layout looks different. Also which browser are you using?

Ok, simple briefing: Main problem, its from the Internet windows 10 Home page, as Ad guard didn't auto block it, I got to manually block it, and because it keeps switching places, block elements is not a good idea because it can block the Ad as well as the MSN news

Please try these two rules in latest AdGuard for Windows nightly:
Code:
msn.com#$?#.swipenav > li.sov-slide:has(>.single .caption span.adslabel) { remove: true; }
msn.com#%#AG_onLoad(function() { setTimeout(function() { var el = document.querySelectorAll("div[data-region] .swipenav > li"); if(el) { for(i=0;i<el.length;i++) { var split = el[i].getAttribute("data-aop").split(">"); el[i].setAttribute("data-aop", "slide" + i + ">" + split[1]); var data = el[i].getAttribute("data-id"); var att = 1; att= att+i ; el[i].setAttribute("data-m", ' {"i":' + data + ',"p":112,"n":"mosaic","y":8,"o":' + att + '} ')}; var count = document.querySelectorAll(".infopaneregion .slidecount span"); var diff = count.length - el.length; while(diff > 0) { var count_length = count.length; count[count_length-1].remove(); var count = document.querySelectorAll(".infopaneregion .slidecount span"); var diff = count.length - el.length; } } }, 2000); });
Please note you will see some white spaces, sadly I have not figured out yet how to remove them.
@AdamWr any idea? It seems there is still some kind of counter which tells the slider how many there are.

This is the site Edge opens:

The rules I posted were for the ads in the slider.

This rule should hide the ads on Australian start page, added to English filter:

msn.com##div[data-m*="RiverMarketPromo"]

The "Ads are not really important, as you can see you cannot see a lot of ads on home page, if you want perfect, uhhh… you can still continue to improve Ad-Guard on this base.
