I found out that the filter you added only works for the first article that is visited and not for articles that load after scrolling down on the article that is visited. This filter hides all the ad headers though:

The ad headers also appear when endlessly scrolling through articles on https://hi.gadgets360.com and http://m.gadgets.ndtv.com.

I see that these rules were put into https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/blob/master/EnglishFilter/sections/foreign.txt . so which rules do you consider as foreign ?

I checked in waybackmachine and it was in English even in 2016.

Maybe site was displayed in different language than English way back then to filter author. I moved the rules, update available in about 3 hours.
