Ma nouvelle licence à vie commandée et payée le 30 novembre n'est toujours pas active . Comment faire ? cela me manque

Hello, I paid with Paypal N° of command 4999707 on the 30 november, via Google Chrome.
message of ADGUARD : "cannot start network filtering . PC reboot may be required"

I had it before, free ( till 27 november 2019 ) and suddently, AdGuard proposed for Black Friday
50% reduction, that I did !!
Gratis, it was very easy and now, I paid and it's impossible.
Do you understand something with those details ?

AdGuard doesn't start, or you haven't received your license key after payment?

I received my licence's key but through Google Chrome or direct : no result
When I try to insert my e-mail address and pass-number, no result

Adguard wants I pay again, with the same key's licence.

I received a confirmation of payment with Paypal from "PADDLE.com Market Limited"

DO YOU NEED THE Nr of TRANSACTION ,
Is that OK for Adguard or ... a phishing , thief, error, etc

Adguard does'nt start as if I did'nt pay

I was on my page Facebook in relation with someone of Marketing
He gives to me a licence's key free for 14 days.
What can I do with this ?

As far as I know, you withdrew your payment, so we gave you a temporary key. So you can test the licensed version of our software.

Hello it's a mitake, misunderstanding
I paid, no more litige with Paypal, Paddle.com (I don't withdraw my payment no more !
I received a licence, but not the definitive one, "à vie"
What is the problem ?

Have I something else to do ?
3 options 1. .mettre la licence à niveau ou 2. récupérer la licence ou 3. réinitialiser la licence ?

Je suis désolée d'avoir été si pressée d'obtenir la licence à vie,
il fallait seulement que j'attende le déroulement du règlement.

If you want to move your license key to your device, you can always reset it in your AdGuard account.
