Rules to block comment sections on websites

Hi,
perhaps itäs already been discussed, I apologise if so.
I wonder if there's a way to block all the unwanted comment sections on websites, stuff like Disqus for example, which I was able to successfully block by adding a rule myself.
But there's a lot of different platforms, I don't have the necessary knowhow to come up with the right rules for all of them.
Does anyone have a solution to this?

Hi, and thank you.
One is called Vuukle and you can find it on some news websites like euronews.com
Then there is Viafoura which is much more spread across the globe, on sites like mirror.co.uk and lastampa.it for example.
There's more, but these are the two platforms I hate the most
