If one opts to use the AdGuard DNS servers (with the Pro version), does this negate the need for Safari's content blocker?
Perhaps I worded my question clumsily. I understand that AdGuard's DNS servers (if selected) will block ads in other apps, but how does this work when running Safari, as the content blocker is already in effect with the filter lists? If one opts to use the AdGuard DNS servers (with the Pro version), does this negate the need for Safari's content blocker?
No worries, thanks so much for the explanation.
Thanks for that - I'll take a look.Im running the encryped AdGuard DNS, no content blocker filter lists...and this subscription: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/DomainVoider/DomainVoider.GitHub.io/master/DomainVoider/main/[MainVOID].txt
It’s 3mb and 64k in size, but working flawless on a 7+ with ios beta 4 11.3. This AdGuard is phenomenal! Just copy the link. There are two others. Read about them, first, to see what best fits your useage.
