This is not possible, I am using Adguard and Adguard web extension for more then 3 years in windows 10, do not have the service host superfetch problem. Can you please share your system information includes ram, disk space and more. There is a possibility of low ram and hard drive space. Ya I don't think either that it is related to Adgaurd because I don't use AdGuard at all and still faced this issue.
Update: I found a solution to this issue on a website called clouttechie.com, you can also go there and check the solution.

The best is to closely look for the processes as in the recent past my system had shown the high cpu usage due to some win 10 shitty processes of host superfetch and windows modules installer worker which i fixed using these steps. Hopefully it will resolve for you guys as well..
