Settings Export/Import automation

I've got a small domain consisting of 15 workstations. Been testing the Edge extension and can use GPO to force the extension installation. Is there a way to automate the exporting and importing of settings from one workstation to another? Perhaps a registry hack or hidden settings files somewhere?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I have the same problem. is it possible to upload settings by the registry editor?
or as edge browser settings in Group Policy?
