Stealth mode options in the Android app

It's in nightly, the stage before beta. Though for an 'alpha' build, it's pretty usable but there are bugs.

AG for Mac has stealth mode too now in the 2.0 version, also currently in the nightly channel. And soon the 3.0 version of the AG browser extensions will gain stealth mode as well (in addition to other things like allowing custom filter lists) and will be released in the beta channel.

okay I'm trying nightly as we speak I am already super excited about this stealth feature as I do not want my actual ip address shown and didn't want to download an separate app just for that
