Stops no popup ads in any app I open. Have Chrome allow ads turned off also in safari and iOS 14.4 so how

I have tried everything to stop pop up google ads and other google ads in settings in iPhone XR using iOS 14.4. All google pop ups and personal ads are turned right off this doesn’t work. Is there any way or method (or app) that will stop these ubiquitous google ads of all kinds from appearing? Need clear instructions Thanks
