Taking to much time before it gets fixed

Hi all,

I hope you are all doing great. First of all, AdGuard is the best and I it is my number one software to talk about if it is about security or about blocking spyware and advertisements.

I just want to let you all know that it takes a lot of time before the tickets get addressed on github. I know that there is a big storm of tickets and it will keep on going. Can we do something about it? It used to be fixed within 24/48 hours. Now tickets are open for 15+ days.

I hope that we can address this issue.

Thanks for reading.

It also depends on the ticket priority. This weekend there should be a big pile of open issues gone.

@worldsdream

From time to time it's getting harder to solve the non-regular issue, our devs work hard to make it faster. Please, be patient :)

I do know they work harder. I respect them one by one. It looks like there are coming more requests then they can solve.

I agree with the waiting time getting too long for fixes.

What is really is are the quick fixes, which currently end up getting lost in the system until days, if not weeks, later.

Simple issues should be fixed quickly, and there should be a few developers working on the quick fixes each and every day, squeezing out as many quick fixes as possible, instead of just focusing only on harder and more time-consuming fixes...

The simple issues are sometimes getting more complicated. I will race through a lot of simple ones this weekend.

I hope we can get under the 500! But that is impossible for now.

Agree with @worldsdream & @ag_bug_finder here.

It is disheartening to see even the most critical of issues piling up.
IMO, the critical issues should be fixed first and that too of the paid programs as people who paid for such deserve prompt support.
If we try to narrow it down on the above criteria, we will see almost 150 critical issues by paid program users which are pending for fix.

Also the team should respect its own created rules.
Right now they are not adhering to their own terms.
