    Hello,

    I use: Windows 7 (64bit), Firefox 35.0.1, Adguard 5.10.1190.6188

Will someone be kind enough to explain the difference between the TDI and WFP network drivers.

I realise that the TDI driver is the default and that WFP can be enabled manually, but which one should I be using, what benefit/detriment do I get if I choose to use the WFP driver.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi!

We'd recommend using TDI driver. By the way, we have an auto-detect feature that enables the most appropriate driver upon installation.

WFP driver is used primarily in Windows 8.x and provides filtering in Metro mode apps. Unless you face any problems that could be caused by TDI driver, there is really no reason to choose WFP over it.

    Vasily,

Thank you for your reply, from what you have said I'll stick with the TDI driver.
