The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided.

cause of this many websites like SECURITYKISS.COM blocks your ip. and block your access in ur account....Because of adguard laziness .I have lost my securitykiss vpn account . They have blocked it
Please help me in this regard . Please verify ur certificate . I am uninstalling my adblock till then they verify it .

Why would a VPN serivce ban your account over a security certificate it seems unlikely.

Anyway, you are best to pm avatar about this issue with any proof and evidence regarding this matter which includes emails to and from securitykiss with their reasons why they have banned your account etc etc.

Personally though i have no issues with Private Internet Access and if i did i would be contacting them and finding out why they were banning an account for this reason.

Edit:
Seems you are right, one minute i could use the site the next its "unavailable" unless i change my ip.
Have to say not impressed with how the site is setup and run if they are auto banning ips without a real reason.

I know its difficult to believe ....As u already got my point....I have already send a email to Securitykiss vpn . But they respond one time and asked where are u from...
after that still waiting . I think i have lost my account . Now i am going to Pm Avtar

Np beta and sorry i didnt believe you but ive never seen something as dumb as that if im honest.

Hopefully they will sort it out and let you access their services again, i too have emailed them asking why adguard gets you blocked which to me is dumb and is only going to block existing and future customers so they need to sort it out.

Ok, I've lost second ip address.
Didn't understand why i was blocked. Maybe paranoid anti-ddos script?

To fix securitykiss issue try the following:
1. Add this rule to your user filter (whitelisting their site):

2. Write them an email with your ip address for them whitelist it.

I am still not sure about "Adguard certifircate" you've mentioned at the beginning.
Maybe it is our root certificate issue with Firefox?

Your code seems to of done the job avatar, but still their site needs to be adjusted imo if its blocking customers without a valid reason as its going to lose them business and cause other companies issues when people are blocked and blaming that product.

Still not heard anything from their support, they seem slow compared to PIA i can talk to someone in minutes via chat lol

Also regarding other common certificate issues; it might be wise to double check your clock/timezone settings on Windows and make sure they're correct. If they're not correct, correct the clock then go to C:\ProgramData\Adguard\NetworkTemp\SSL and delete everything in this folder then reboot. This also caused me the not trusted certificate issue in the past.

Its an adguard/site issue berry, nothing to do with date and time.

If adguard is disabled you can view the site unlimited and return, if adguard is enabled after viewing the site for 30seconds or so the site goes off line becuase your ip is blocked, change your ip you have access again for 30 seconds or so idf adguard is enabled or unlimited if disabled.

At a guess they have some sort of site check and its detecting the script injection then auto banning.

If somehow your clock's screwed up after installing Windows (thanks motherboard being set to Eastern time :rolleyes:) and then you correct it, you'll probably run into issues like this.

They did not block your account.

Your ip address have been blocked automatically though (I don't know yet what has triggered it).

I don't think that this issue has something to do with a certificate.

Maybe we were autobanned because Adguard has blocked some tracking script.
Because the script was blocked - they decided that your are bot and blocked you.

And this is why my rule helps - it unblocks everything on this site.
