The effect of "Activate the most appropriate filters automatically" to performance

I've noticed a significant slowdown in both Safari and Chrome when I've more than 4 tabs open with default settings. It helps when I deactivate the most appropriate filters automatically and uncheck all other than the English filters.

I've Macbook air running Yosemite OS X 10.10.1 (11-inch, Late 2010, 1,4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM).

Is it just me or can this be a real issue with Adguard (I've version 1.0.3.8).

We can't reproduce the problem. It might be associated with a relatively small RAM, but there is no confidence. What can help us is a screenshot of Chrome task manager with several tabs open.
