The Verge = Missing Images At Random

Seems to me,most issues with security related software seem to related primarily to Windows 8.1 X64 systems. This goes for most a/v companies as some have many bugs only prevalent in 8.1.Webroot continues to have some issues with it's filtering plugin, how it spikes windows explorer memory usage, amongst others.Bitdefender has quite a few bugs as well, visible mainly on 8.1 systems.I fault Microsoft. And to think they are already talking about windows 9 like it's just around the corner. Most software devs just got their software working somewhat on 8.1 and now 9 is due next year.I only use Chrome and IE and issue is visible there on my 2 windows 8.1 systems. For me,it's not a huge deal as I do not visit verge often. You can still click and get to the articles.I could personally care less about the images on the main page.I only mention it due to someone else mentioning it.I have not yet seen the problem present itself on another site.

It's definitely Kaspersky, tried a clean Windows install and no issues until Kaspersky was installed alongside Adguard.

Let me see it through TeamViewer please.
Sure, but it *should* be easy to reproduce as long as the latest KIS 2015 build is installed. I should try 2014 too to see if the issue exists there too.

KIS has default settings?

Yup, defaults.

I'm going to try it from a virtual machine.

Here's an interesting tidbit, when the assistant is enabled, it never appears on The Verge regardless if the images load or not. So that might have something to do with it.

Hurray, I have finally found the cause.

There is a mistake in how we handle some "keep-alive" http connections.
Will be fixed in the next beta.

Awesome! So it happens regardless of using KIS or not? What about TDI vs WFP?
