traffic trough UDP port doesn't considering as 'traffic from app'?

i'm kind a curious about AdGuard apply each app's filter setting.
as example some streaming/remote app like Steam Link/GamePass XCloud/Nvidia GeForce and Moonlight kind of Android apps,
i'm turn off all the AdGuard filtering on those applications.
but somehow those app get and push packet trough UDP port cause of Latency and other very reasonable purpose.
except very few input signal send trough each apps, almost every traffic that receives are just video packet ready to decode right away.
this isn't not a big deal but somehow they're showing those UDP traffic as 'Android System' in AdGuard's Filtering logs.
so those filterting setting(offed) are not applied while in Remote Streaming on your android device,
so AdGuard keep try to filter those (unnecessary) video data trough UDP, then CPU quite (unnecessary)overload that already hot and throttle by video decode unit in chip,
also android system warn the 'this app is overload CPU/GPU a lot' message (my device is samsung stock)

so issue is..
1. certain apps that communicate UDP port 'as Android System' doesn't consider to apply as app filter setting by AdGuard.
2. so AdGuard keep try check URL of that Video Data no need to check or filter. device overrun, become hot and battery draining fast.
3. anyway to AdGuard properly recorgnize those traffic from app? or can whitelist certain URL from Steam Link or XCloud kind videogame remote streaming? eitherway there's way to solve those issue?

as it described, you can just test it on any remote streaming/game streaming apps.

1. go to app management menu in AdGuard, turn off all the filter from Steam Link, XBOX GAME PASS, GeForce Now, Moonlight, Parsec, RemoteDesktop, TeamViewer kind applications.

2. try run those app and start streaming, then check from AdGuard's Filtering logs.

3. log shows those streaming traffics are requested from Android system, not the indivisual apps.
(on my case, it's SteamClient Streaming to my android SteamLink App trough home/close network)

4. so AdGuard doesn't apply each streaming app's 'filter off' settings, not ignore the traffics that should ignore.

5. AdGuard try to seek and filter all the traffics from streaming video, so CPU on your Tablet/Phone buring like hell cause already dragging chip for decode videos.
(on my case, it's samsung stock rom so it shows warning message in CPU/GPU overload, automatly throttling by AdGuard overload that affect streaming decode and wifi performence)

there need any additional info on this? already direct mail to support team but seems not listed on issue tracker at github yet.

seems there's no persons experience simmilar issue on this forum.

there's no issue post on github either, so.. should i add issue trakcer on there? which repositery should i post in to? CoreLib or AdguardForAndroid?

understand situation up there, but i think team just tests all those streaming apps once in android might be much shorts and simple.
