That's strange, you sure it works fine in incognito mode? (Because extensions are disabled by default in incognito but you can set up them manually to work with)

Is it possible if you can show me this issue by a TV (TeamViewer) session?

I'm not sure I can do that at work, but here's what I see. Note that apparently it isn't even a filter issue: all my lists are active and I have just deleted cache and cookies. The only difference is normal VS Incognito mode.

Well, it turned out I could have left all as it was (filters on, no extra whitelisted elements, all extensions activated except that one).
My issue was 100% caused by that extension.

Thanks a lot for your help and support, and thanks even more since the issue wasn't about Adguard!
