Two-Factor Authentication

I recently updated to Win 11 along with several programs. Now I cannot finish logging into AdGuard when entering what I believe is the two-factor authentication token (12 characters, all in caps. There is also a 32-character all-caps token). How do I verify what I have or obtain a working two-factor code if the existing code does not work?

Hi. 12 char's token is either recovery code or something else.
We can disable 2FA on your account so that you can set up it once again. All you need are proofs that you're the owner of the account. Contact us via support@adguard.com, we'd be gladly helping you with it.
