One of the filter lists probably has an exception rule for it. You can try opening the filtering log and see if you can see what filter has it.

But it is indeed disabled on that site according to your first screenshot.

Log is empty. How to enable logging?
I managed to make log entries appear

When I click on switch to enable, it automatically switches back to disablesd state.....

Edit: ADG seems to be working on bleepingcomputer.com, even with security being "disabled" and no enableable (see first screen)...... see log
