Unbind but failed

    Hello,

    I have tried unbind my license to my android tablet, but always failed.
    In tablet license status not change, and in my personal account still see my android tablet connected.
    I have tried 4 times and still get same result.
    Is unbind cannot remove license from device???
    Please for solution. Thank you

    Do you unbind from the app or via the personal account on adguard.com?

    I find that I have to unbind on both the website and within the Adguard for Android app sometimes when switching phones (don't have to unbind from phone when doing a clean Android, just unbind from the site).

    I have tried unbind via personal account only, not in my android Tablet and failed.

    @gaus hm, have you tried to activate the license on a different device? Never encountered such behavior.

    @gaus also please PM me the email you use to log in to personal account and the license key you have problems with.
