Unresponsive Script errors with Firefox add-on

Adguard 2.1.5 has been causing Unresponsive Script errors in Firefox on numerous web pages. It causes the browser to freeze and the whole Mac becomes unusable as it hogs up all the RAM (and i have 12 GB!). The pop-up window shows a script path but doesn't not allow me to copy the text - it ends with /lib/jquery-1.8.3.min.js:2

I upgraded to the latest FF 44.0.2 but this didn't help. Older versions are having the exact same issue with Adguard. If i disable just Adguard then there is no problem and FF runs fast & smooth. I also tried running Adguard without other add-ons and it still happened. Literally, as soon as i hit the Enable button in Add-Ons Manager the browser is hijacked by these endless script warning pop-ups that appear page after page, & the whole browser freezes up. Every time i hit Stop Script (or Continue) on the pop-up options, it hangs for a long while, then eventually stops, then another tab comes to the foreground immediately and produces the same script error. It was even challenging to disable the add-on again b/c the whole thing just freezes, windows/tabs/menus become unresponsive, and every time i hit Stop Script another error pops up and causes the same pattern. It's like those nightmare web ad spam loop attacks where ads keep popping up by the dozen as soon as you close them, so you can't escape!

I uploaded one of the logs from the Debug Script contents here: http://pastebin.com/bkZqSpCQ

Could you please export your preferences so we could check what causing it?

Everything is good with a clean profile, so I guess Adguard is messing with some of your profile settings.

sure, is there any way i can do this without re-enabling Adguard though? Please let me know the steps - once i enable it i need to be able to do it in like 2 sec or i'll be hung up for 10min closing pop-ups like it's a videogame :)

Sure, no problem. sounds good. Is there a particular setting in FF i can change in the mean time to prevent the script error or do i need to wait for the test build?

And is there a link i can check for that build or will you just post it here?

thanks
