Use AdGuard as an HTTP proxy

It says:

You may use AdGuard as a regular HTTP proxy server. All traffic transfered through this proxy will be filtered. This proxy also will be available on your local network, so you may use it for traffic filtering on other devices that are able to reach the proxy directly.

I does work as a proxy, but it does not filter anything from other devices wheter it would be computer or phone.
How to solve this ?

Just realised according to proxy protocol it's only able to look into HTTP traffic. But not HTTPS, as it's TLS/SSL protected.
