Use optimized filters

Hi i have been using the optimized filtered in the adguard extension which i found the details about it below, the question i have is, is there any disadvantage to having it enabled? Reducing memory/cpu usage seems a no brainier and i have not come across any issues so far unless there are some issues i

Yes, I was trying to google about that but could not find any info why its not enabled by default and is not removed from the settings completely. If it is a good option without any disadvantages, when why would anyone want to turn it off?
