I don't have any popups in Windows Adguard, but in iOS I do have it. But I guess that this can't be blocked on iOS.

Fixed one popup when clicking on download button on 2nd page (different site though). Are you testing with link in first post?

If still not working after update in 2-3 hours, please save the page and attach it. Also please attach your filter log.
