From the update to the extension v4.0.141 for Firefox I have display problems with some sites.
The accentuated french characters are misinterpreted.
I join a copy described in order to be better understood (from http://www.ebookdz.com/)
I do not know if Adguard is alone in question, but if I come back to an earlier version, without changing other settings, everything returns in order.
I also tested the same page with other browsers without noticeing this anomaly.
The same extension (4.0.141) on the same site, with google chrome seems to work without any display trouble
