VPN doesn't work on all LTE networks does it?

Hello,

Thank you guys for this great app. It works perfectly on my iPhone 7 in wifi mode and orange network.
But it does not on my iPhone 5S (iOS 10.1.1) in Bouygues Telecom LTE mode.

Do you know why ?

It is 64-bit, isn't it? Adguard for iOS does not work on 32-bit devices, but as far as I know iPhone 5S is 64-bit.

Anyway, how exactly does it look? What does not work, do you see any error messages etc? Describe it in details please.

Yes the 5S is a 64 bit. Adguard works nice when I'm connected on my wifi network but not when I use LTE network. There are ads everywhere in safari and apps. It certainly due to my mobile network provider because I compared with an other provider and adguard works nice.

Might be that your network provider enforces using of his own DNS servers (since Adguard Pro uses DNS blocking to block ads in apps). If it is possible, you can contact their support about it.

This doesn't explain why you have ads in Safari though, as they should be blocked by Content blocker. Send us a message to support from inside the app, just make sure to visit a website or two beforehand and launch some app that contains ads. Then post here your support userID (it is mentioned in the automatic email reply).

Well I have some good news. I don't know what happened but now it works fine in safari but I don't understand why it works in apps on my iPhone 7 and not on 5S.

Once we find a fix (or determine a culprit), we will post an update there, duplicating it in this thread and support conversation.

I have iPhone 7 with T-Mobile . Ad blocking in LTE mode simply doesn't work for me. It blocks ads in safari but if I open a website in chrome or in other apps, ads can be seen. In WiFi mode, this wonderful app blocks ads everywhere.

I believe you need to be using Adguard Pro for iOS, which includes DNS ad blocking, which will block ads in other apps, if I recall correctly.
