Can confirm this, we should see if anything can be done here.No assistant showing up on http://www.planetgong.co.uk/
Can't reproduce in any of browsers you mention here. Can you provide a screenshot maybe, preferrably one where this "floating icons" phrase is visible? The ADGurard assistant doesn't show up on the same link nor any other sections of washingtonpost.com....when you mouse over a link you get a "floating icons for Facebook, Twitter and another icon.....
This is not really urgent, since the site has no ads. I was just answering the call to report sites where the assistant doesn't show. Can confirm this, we should see if anything can be done here.
Screen shot with social icons fromThanks for the reply, and sorry for the poor description of the "floating icons.....Will try to be more descriptive.......
If you mouse over and place the cursor on the "headline"(link to) of the story....you will get a "floating box" immediately to the left of the story. The box will contain icons for FB, Twitter and Instagram. If you move the cursor down to the next story the box will disappear and then reappear to the next headline you have moused over...... In other words if you move to click a headline the box will appear. When you click the story the "box" disappears......Hope this clarifies my original post....Thanks for your time...

Sorry that it took so long. There is definitely a problem here, we need to have a closer look. The issue has been created:jarock.pl
Not just Edge.Ah, so it's related to the issue where Assistant settings would reset on Outlook (hence why Outlook was added to the Assistant's exceptions) in Edge.
Well, by fixed the Assistant added Outlook as an exclusion so it doesn't show there. If anything it's hopefully a temporary fix until the main issue is properly fixed.I reported the issue for Chrome as well, and it was fixed.
I get it, I like assistant too. But there are just too many webpages where it will not show up, making its functionality useless. I'm simply asking to put some of that functionality into the taskbar icon menu. I think I'd like that much more than being able to drag the icon anywhere.@spinedoc777 there are as many opinions as there are users, many prefer Assistant. And, by the way, Assistant is about to undergo a huge revamp, lots of new stuff will be added - like dragging its icon anywhere on the page. And duplicating all Assistant functions in tray menu would be too clunky.
