I'm not sure what integration mode is. I've listed some of the sites in the troubleshooting section, I encounter it fairly often. I'll try to make a more comprehensive list, but I usually just end up disabling adguard until I'm done with the webpage. Many of the sites are streaming sites and I cannot stream content until adguard is disabled.

I see the assistant is .106 in my installation. Is it beta .109? If so, why I don't have it when I'm on the beta channel. WOT and Popup blocker are both beta, the assistant not. How it can be?

So no one ever answered, what is integration mode? I've looked at adguard and cannot find any mention of this in the program. As stated before I'd love to put some of the assistant functions into the main program because I encounter so many websites where the assistant will not load.

BTW a month and a half ago I asked what integration mode is, but still no response. Are you guys just ignoring the questions now?

Anyways, basically integration mode is where you can take the Chrome/Opera/Vivaldi and Firefox Adguard Adblocker browser extensions and use them with Adguard for Windows and Adguard for Mac (not currently possible with Edge or Safari) as a replacement for the Adguard Assistant.

To verify integration mode is enabled, the browser extension icon will turn blue.

P.S. I tested the link above, and indeed the Assistant shows up there (I'm using the Adguard for Windows 6.2 beta which comes with the Adguard Assistant 4.0 - tested Chrome, Firefox and Edge). What I did see upon visiting that page is that there's a BlockAdblock Anti-Adblock detection there (I'll report it for you). :p

This was the first i heard of the integration mode. Works very well with Vivaldi.
Briefly could you list the plus and minus of using this browser extension. Trying to keep my browser extensions to a minimum.

IMO, it's better to use the Assistant since it'll work in any browser (integration mode doesn't work in Edge or Safari). Plus with Assistant 4.0, it's improved greatly.

No Edge support so useless for me.

I'm not sure why the assistant doesn't show up for me then, and why it happens so often with other webpages. Is it because I'm using Edge browser?

Yeah, issue with Assistant and certain www sites is definitely taking too long time to figure out and solve this once and for all...
Any new progress?

Have you tried the latest Adguard for Windows 6.2 Beta (with clean browser caches)? The Assistant has improved greatly.

Lack of integration mode support for Edge is due to Edge not fully supporting what's needed to get integration mode working (but it is getting close).

I just tried this again with the latest 6.2 beta with Assistant 4.0 beta, and the Assistant is in the wrong position on the page but it does indeed show up (it's not in the bottom left where I have it set - it is on the left side but for some reason it's positioned near the top of the page). Thankfully, I can manually drag the Assistant to reposition it (and it saves fine).

Most of the sites work fine with 6.2 beta with the Assistant 4.0 beta, including in Edge. The *only* one that didn't work is Planet Gong, which gives off a DOMException in the browser's console.

IMO, it might be worth waiting for the 6.2 stable release with Assistant 4.0 to retesting and re-reporting these sites if needbe.

The problem was misinterpreted when the issue was open for the first time.

No worries, you don't need to wait for the next program update.

2. Temporary solution until Assistant is updated is to add this rule to your user filter:

Don't get me wrong - It's not only about me and my issue - I wanted to ask you for a complex general look at this annoying problem and fix it once and for all for everyone if it is possible...

Fortunately the Assistant can be updated independently without needing main program updates so hopefully a fix lands soon.

The Assistant did show up for me on that site (but in a weird place - up in the upper left side) but if I try to drag the Assistant to another location and refresh the page, the Assistant disappears.

These issues are not common and usually caused by the websites' specific styles or scripts so we have to check each website to figure what should be done to make Assistant more reliable.
