WFP Network Driver Slow

Hi there, so I am running a Trial of Adguard been a week and it's been really good. Looking forward to purchase it, it works just the way it should and the way I want it to be. But the only thing resisting me from buying right now is the Edge Blocking. I read on the forums the other day, I need to enable my WFP Network Driver in-order to let Mircosoft Edge block ads and elements. So therefore, I ticked that and it started working. But what happens with that is it blocks ads fine on Edge and others now but the internet is now really slowish. So basically, If I load a webpage the webpage doesn't always load completely, some elements are missing and the loading logo on firefox (and other browsers like chrome & edge, ie) keeps moving. So with the WFP driver, the speed is terribly slow 80% of the time. Sometimes it takes 2-3 mins to fully load a webpage or usually it doesn't even completely load it. This happens on both my laptop & desktop, If i go ahead and do a speedtest, the website like being said, loads really slowly, but the speedtest is completed fine with 12bmps speed (my normal everyday speed) after the webpage loading fully. And if i disable the WFP, the adblocking is great and is fast, but only thing, without WFP Edge is full of ads.
So looking for an helpful answer to this before I actually purchase.

Thanks,

Well in my Desktop yes Norton 360, and in my laptop none except windows defender. Happens in both. I tried disabling both of them also but the problem is still there.

Sorry for the delay.

Looks like with WFP driver connections are broken and aren't closed properly.
This may be caused by other WFP drivers present in the system.

Could you please try not just disabling Norton, but uninstalling it just for the test?

That's bad, but I still suspect some third-party WFP driver.

What other network-related software do you use? Firewall? Maybe something like Internet Download Manager application?

I got/bought it from their official site. I got the latest 6.23 Build 22 IDM. 100% genuine.
And like I said, it doesn't happen EVERY SINGLE time, just majority of the times around 80-90% of the time.

I may be doing something wrong. I have installed IDM (trial version), but can't see any of the symptoms you mentioned. Do I have to perform any special actions to reproduce these problems, maybe change some settings in IDM?

Hey guys, these driver problems are not so easy to reproduce.
The behavior may differ from one PC to another, depends on too many variables.

@iScripShift, could you please try uninstalling IDM just to test if it changes anything?

We've found an issue with Symantec AV and UDP filtering recently.
Will be fixed in the next AG beta (end of this week).

I hope this update will also help with your situation (as I remember you use this AV).

If not then the only option to properly troubleshoot it is remote access.

UPD Argh, you've uninstalled it already... Ok, maybe it is time for remote access.

Are you ok with it?

Well I guess I might be...so how will the remote access be done & how will it work? Teamviewer or something else?

Actually I just was browsing the forum and looked at a post where somebody upgraded to the BETA 6.0 Adguard and his problem was fixed...so also I updated. And I think I've been running adguard for around 10 mins now in the BETA 6.0 with the WFP Network Driver & everything has been going really great.

So just give me 1-2 days...so I can check that if everything is fine or my webpage on IE & Firefox will slow down again like before...I think it was just the adguard...I'll post again soon!

Actually I take my words back...the new adguard isn't a big help either.
I got a video of my issue happening a little bit:

Sorry for making it long cuz I had to deal with the loading times and such. This just outlines the main issues.

Also if the vid is shit quality just give it a little time as it might be just going through the final process if youtube.

I guess the simplest way is still remote access. May I take a look at this?

Well okay but can you give me a bit more info on how it will work...like what time will it be done and what not and what else....currently it's 4AM here so we cannot do it exactly right now anyways.
