What's happening with my ticket?

    Would be nice to have some sort of update by now if not a resolution. As a new user with a lifetime license I expected better support.

    Honestly, it's currently faster to PM avatar on the forums for a quicker response.

    If i remember correctly avatar said that there was one guy doing the english side of support at the moment with an influx of english tickets and they are planning on another support guy soon.
