Where can I find and edit the Allowlist?

It seems like the Allowlist is no longer available or if its still in the settings where can I find it??

You can check the User rules in the filter editor.

Thanks. Someone also informed me about the browser assistant anyhow this important feature is way too hidden for the user I think.
