emmm, i think i've found where it is.

Right click Adguard icon in taskbar tools -> filtering log

Thanks. And i met another trouble, how can i hide AdGuard Home and its DNS-over-HTTPs service in a used 443 port ( i use caddy here, and add "proxy /xxx 127.0.0.1:3000"in it doesn't work ).
