I have it blocked as its apparently not public domain. But my S20+ keeps trying to connect to it especially when the device is idling for awhile.. any ideas who/ what ?

Hey I have the Same IP Getting Blocked
I have looked it up it's an IP for the Android system has to do with the Android mobile System. 198.18.53.53.853. Mine ends with 853 not 53. But sometimes I do see it ending in 53.. Port 853 is for a Mobile Phone.
Therefore I don't feel comfortable that it is blocked because I'm worried about not getting system updates!
