Why can I not set any custom filters for safari?

Please see image below - it doesn’t matter what address I use, it always comes up with this error. Please could someone help? It’s the only reason I want this service.

Which address do you want to add? Where exactly in the app you are trying to add it?

Thanks for the reply. As I said it doesn’t matter what address I’m using, it always comes up with this error which implies it’s a general issue and not an address specific one.

attached are the steps Im taking in the app - safari protection > filters > custom > add a filter

Ok that works - is there something I need to do to the text before entering it?

It must be a file and not a redirect (on GitHub click on raw button).
